TELE-COLLECTOR/CREDIT RECOVERY OFFICER (SENTUL)

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
To call customers/clients to remind on payment for past due account
To explain and clarify on non-payment and other product services
To persuade, negotiate and work with customers/clients to make workable repayment arrangements
To effectively follow up on promise to pay with customers/clients
To work together as a team or individually to achieve the targets
To perform any other duties or tasks in relation with this job.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum SPM or Equivalent
No experience Required
Fresh graduates/ SPM holders are also encouraged to apply – Training will be provided
Candidate with experience can expect to get higher basic salary
Good communication skills in Malay (Compulsory), English and other major Malaysian languages
Computer literate
Training will be provided
