Job Description
- 根据公司提供的客户名单进行电话联系及开发潜在客户。
- 以专业的方式向客户介绍及讲解健康筛查及健康管理服务。
- 与潜在客户进行有效沟通，了解客户的需求及兴趣。
- 邀请客户到我们的健康中心进行健康检测及健康咨询，并安排预约。
- 跟进潜在客户并确认客户的预约。
- 准确记录电话联系、潜在客户及预约资料。
- 达成每日及每月的预约和工作绩效目标。
- 与中心营运团队密切合作，确保客户获得良好的服务体验。
- 跟进市场营销活动及推广活动所产生的客户名单。
- 在与客户沟通时保持专业、积极及友善的态度。
职位要求
- 具备电话营销、电话销售、销售或客户服务经验者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。
- 有自信并能够接受通过电话进行主动联系及沟通。
- 良好的英语及华语沟通能力；会其他语言者优先考虑。
- 性格积极、有活力，并具备良好的说服及沟通能力。
- 积极主动、以目标为导向。
- 责任心强、纪律良好，并能够独立完成工作。
- 具备良好的客户跟进能力及注重工作细节。
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
