Telemarketer / 电话销售员 (Chinese Speaker)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using our contact lists.

Introduce and promote our products/services in a friendly and persuasive way.

Understand customer needs and offer recommendations.

Handle objections and questions confidently.

Follow up with leads to book appointments with Sales Team.

Keep detailed records of calls and outcomes in the system.

Hit and exceed monthly targets 🎯.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers.

Stay on-script and compliant with all company guidelines.

Perform additional duties as assigned — we value team players!

Skill:

Proven experience in telemarketing or phone-based sales (preferred) in the property industry.

Self-driven, results-focused, and passionate about sales.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Minimum SPM / High School Certificate (Diploma in Sales or Marketing is a plus).

Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred.
