Telemarketing Executive / Caller

* Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads
* Introduce and explain our financial products and services
* Collect customers' documents for eligibility checking
* Assist customers throughout the application process
* Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth application journey
* Build and maintain good customer relationships
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
