Telemarketing Officer

What you'll be doing
-Actively make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services
-Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective outreach campaigns
-Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills through training and development

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
-Excellent negotiation and sales closing techniques
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals
-Proactive, resilient and passionate about delivering a great customer experience
