Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
-Clearly introduce and explain our products and services to customers.
-Explain benefits clearly to encourage customers to buy or sign up.
-Keep accurate records of all customer calls and sales in the system.
-Ask questions to understand customer needs better.
-Identify opportunities to suggest related or additional products (cross-selling).
-Contact customers as needed for quality assurance or research to enhance our offerings.
-Build friendly relationships to encourage repeat business.
-Use sales scripts and follow company rules during calls.
-Learn about our products and industry to give good advice to customers.
-Reach daily calls and sales goals set by the team.
-Help achieve monthly sales targets and support overall team success.

Key Skills & Competencies:
-Proven experience in telesales or sales roles is preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
-Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office applications.
