-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field
-Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written)
-Experience in telesales/telemarketing is an advantage (but not mandatory)

🧾 Job Description
-Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products/services
-Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
-Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
-Maintain high customer service standards during all interactions
-Work closely with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies
-Deliver persuasive product presentations to potential customers
-Accurately record customer interactions and manage leads using the CRM system
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
