Telesales Executive (Junior) - KL Eco City

Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound calls to engage prospects and promote financial or banking services.
-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product options.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective closing strategies.
-Update and maintain customer information accurately in the system.

What We’re Looking For
-Diploma or higher qualification with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in telesales.
-Strong verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
-Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
-Basic computer literacy required.
