Telesales Executive

1) Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads and databases.
2) Present and explain financial products, refinancing solutions, promotions, and key product benefits clearly and professionally.
3) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions based on eligibility and requirements.
4) Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, conversion rates, and other performance KPIs.
5) Manage and update customer interactions, sales activities, and records accurately within the CRM system.
6) Handle customer objections professionally and provide timely responses to inquiries.
7) Ensure all sales activities comply with product guidelines, approved sales scripts, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
8) Promote refinancing solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
9) Adhere to PDPA requirements, internal compliance standards, and call center operational procedures.
10) Collaborate with team members and management to drive overall sales performance and business growth.
