Telesales specialist

Qualifications
Minimum education: SPM or Diploma (business, marketing or related major preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service or related work (fresh graduates can
also apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills (Mandarin, English, Malay is preferred)
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to withstand certain work pressures
Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM system)
Job responsibilities
Collect job vacancy demand orders from employer companies and accurately document hiring
requirements
Follow up with potential customers and maintain good employer relationships
Complete monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance
Update and maintain the employer database in the CRM system
Collect customer feedback and help improve service quality
