Tender & Contracts Executive (ACMV)

The Tender & Contracts Executive is a key commercial role within Workmeister Holding's Tender & Contracts
department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full tender lifecycle — from receiving and
studying ACMV/MVAC drawings and tender documents, through quantity take-offs, specification extraction, BQ
preparation, and quotation submission — as well as contract administration and project administration support
throughout the project delivery phase.

This role requires a candidate who is technically fluent in ACMV systems and drawings, commercially sharp,
highly organised, and able to work under tender deadline pressure without compromising on accuracy. You will
report directly to the MD and COO and your numbers will directly influence the projects we win.
