Testing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Carry out testing and quality checks for outgoing products in accordance with established procedures.

Provide feedback on customer comments and issues identified on the shop floor to the Test Supervisor or Test Engineer.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during testing.

Support and attend customers during witness testing.

Maintain 5S practices within the work area.

Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor, Manager, and Head of Department.

Follow and comply with all procedures and measures required under the Company’s Safety & Health Policy and requirements.

Requirements & Skills
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

1–3 years of relevant working experience.

Ability to read and understand electrical wiring and schematic drawings.

Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools.

Experience in testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Willingness to work long hours and weekends, when required.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
