Job Description

核心工作（每日）
达人挖掘与筛选：在 TikTok 巴西站搜索并筛选符合店铺类目定位的达人（粉丝量、互动率、内容风格、带货数据等），建立达人数据库，持续扩充可用达人资源池。
达人触达与建联：通过 TikTok 私信、WhatsApp、Instagram、Email 等渠道主动联系巴西达人，发送合作邀请，清晰传达合作模式和佣金机制，维护达人关系，建立长期稳定的合作纽带。
合作推进与跟进：推送商品信息、样品寄送安排、素材 Brief 给达人，跟踪达人视频发布进度，确保在规定时间内完成内容产出，收集并分析达人带货数据（播放量、转化率、GMV），持续优化达人筛选策略。
数据记录与汇报：每日记录达人触达数量、回复率、合作转化率，每周汇总带货数据，提交周报给运营主管，达标/未达标复盘，提出改进建议。
进阶工作（成长后）
达人分级运营：根据达人表现进行分层（头部/腰部/尾部），制定差异化合作策略，头部达人深度绑定维护，中小达人批量化标准化运营。
活动协同：配合平台大促（如双十一、黑五、TikTok 平台活动）策划达人专场带货活动，与投流/内容团队协作，对表现优异的达人视频进行广告追投。
