Job Description

一、店铺运营
负责TikTok Shop店铺的日常运营及维护。
制定店铺运营计划，提升店铺GMV、订单量及利润率。
负责商品上下架、标题优化、详情页优化及活动报名。
根据平台规则优化店铺健康度及服务指标。

二、产品运营
根据市场数据分析选品趋势。
负责新品测款、爆品打造及生命周期管理。
优化产品定价、套餐及促销方案。
分析竞品，持续优化产品竞争力。

三、达人运营
对接TikTok达人（Affiliate）。
邀请达人合作带货。
制定达人佣金方案。
维护达人关系，提高达人复购合作率。
