TOOLING TECHNICIAN (CNC Milling & CNC Turning)

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, setup and issue tooling required for machining operations (CNC Milling and CNC Turning)
-Maintain and monitor tooling inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
-Inspect, sharpen, repair, and replace worn or damaged tooling to sustain machining accuracy.
-Collaborate with CNC programmer, engineers, and machinist to determine tooling requirements for new jobs.
-Perform preventive maintenance and calibration on tooling and fixtures.
-Maintain documentation of tooling usage, history, and maintenance records.

Competency Requirements
-Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related field.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fixture or tooling maintenance (fresh graduates may be considered).
-Hands-on skills in machining
-Able to read and understand technical drawings.
-Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
