Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Training & Event Executive to support our training department and ensure seamless execution of training and events. This role will involve planning, coordinating, and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions, and delivering training for our distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and execute training events online and offline.

Event management tasks including venue setting, scheduling, preparation (Pre-During-Post Events) to ensure smooth training event operation.

Gather feedback, conduct evaluations, and generate post-event reports for continuous improvement.

Manage participant communications and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.

Support marketing and overall company activities related to training events.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Education, Communication, Event Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in training, event coordination, or related roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels in Mandarin is a MUST.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online event management tools.

Prior experience as Mandarin-Speaking Nature Trainer or Event Executive in MLM industry is highly advantageous.
