Training Executive / Manager— Pavilion Damansara

We’re looking for a Training Executive / Manager to build and deliver engaging retail training programs for our store teams. You’ll play a key role in improving team readiness, service standards, and store performance across our beauty retail network.

What You’ll Do:

-Develop and conduct onboarding and basic retail operations training.

-Coordinate product training (mainly cosmetics) with our Commercial and Business Development teams.

-Work closely with store managers and HR to identify training needs and track progress.

-Liaise with China-based and local brand partners to align on training content and updates.
