Travel Reservation Executive - Tanjung Tokong

What You’ll Do...
-Handle all aspects of travel reservations for inbound travellers and groups visiting Malaysia.
-Communicate with clients and partners to confirm bookings and itineraries.
-Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and confirmations.
-Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure smooth arrangements.
-Assist in curating personalised travel experiences based on client preferences.
-Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending requests.
-Provide exceptional customer service with solutions-focused mindset to ensure every traveller has a memorable experience.

What Is Required....
-Diploma in any field. Passion in travel and a good understanding of different travel spots in Malaysia will be great!
-Fresh graduate with some customer service/ reservation and travel experience are encouraged to apply.
-Open-minded and curiosity will help the role to grow.
-Detail-orientated with good organisational skills.
-Passion for travel and working with people from diverse cultures.
-Creative mindset with great attention to detail.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
