Tuition Teacher

Job Scope:

Homework Assistance: Guide students through their homework, ensuring they understand classroom material and complete assignments effectively.

Individualized Support: Create tailored learning plans to address the unique needs of each student.

Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused, and orderly classroom environment.

Parent Communication: Regularly update parents on their child’s progress and provide recommendations for improvement.

Professional Development: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to enhancing overall teaching quality.

Primary-Level Teaching: Primarily teach primary school students, with a focus on homework guidance and subject mastery.

Assessment Preparation: Conduct regular quizzes or mock exams to support exam readiness.

Subject Instruction: Teach core subjects such as Mandarin, Mathematics, Science, and English.





Job Requirement:

Have at least SPM or above (with or without experience, on-the-job training is provided)

Annual performance bonus provided

Initial training will be provided; after two weeks, tasks will transition to on-the-job training (OJT)

Teaching materials are prepared in advance; candidates are expected to assist in updating materials when necessary

Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English

Strong communication skills.
