深刻理解施工流程、材料和法律法规。
出色的领导、沟通和解决问题的能力。
能够有效管理多个项目和团队。
熟练使用项目管理软件（例如，MS Project、Primavera）者优先。
具有管理经验者优先。 • 能够在压力下工作并按时完成任务。

岗位职责
监督和管理建筑工地的日常运营。
确保所有工作符合法律和安全标准。
与客户、分包商和内部团队协调，以确保项目顺利执行。
协助准备项目计划、时间表和预算。
监控项目进展，并将任何问题或延误报告给高级管理层。
进行现场检查并管理质量控制和保证流程。
管理现场劳动力和资源，确保高效运营。
准备并维护准确的项目文档，包括进度报告、发票和采购清单。
协助助理经理处理与现场运营相关的行政和管理任务。
