Underground Structure Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years softground/rock Tunnel design experience with deep excavation, TBM or Drill and blast tunnel design.

• Ensure compliance with project Design Criteria/ Client Brief/ Approved Concept/ relevant design standards and office standards;

• Attend meetings.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical or Structural) or equivalent.

• Independent and able to lead projects.

• Good geotechnical knowledge with some structure analysis background.

• Competent in Midas, SAP2000, PLAXIS, SLOPE/W and Seepage or other related software will be an added advantage.

• Able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Team player and strong communication skills.

• Able to work under stress and good attitude.

Salary for competent and experienced candidates are negotiable.
