Vehicle Technician

任职资格
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering or related field
At least 3–5 years of working experience in automotive repair/aftersales service
Strong knowledge in vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and mechanical repair
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Experience in handling complex troubleshooting and technical issues
Good problem-solving and decision-making
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Possess valid driving license (D)
Certification from automotive brands or technical training will be an added advantage
Experience in EV (Electric Vehicle) systems is a plus

岗位职责
Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair on complex vehicle issues (engine, transmission, electrical & electronic systems)
Ensure all repair and maintenance work is carried out according to manufacturer standards and
SOPs
Handle complex or critical cases and provide accurate root cause analysis
Verify and inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Support Service Advisors by explaining technical issues and recommended solutions
Assist in warranty evaluation and repair compliance
Ensure jobs are completed within the given timeline and improve workshop efficiency
Maintain proper documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and service reports
Enforce workshop safety practices and housekeeping standards
Willing to attend technical training and stay updated with latest automotive technologies
(including EV systems)
Assist in mentoring and training new or junior technicians
