Videographer | Marketing Agency

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute end-to-end production of short-form content (especially Reels) optimized for social media engagement

Manage full media production process including photography, videography, editing, and motion graphics

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and visual concepts

Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio and on-location shoots

Conduct regular photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high-quality output

Identify suitable shoot locations, direct talents on set, and ensure brand consistency

Edit and enhance content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom

Produce platform-optimized content including thumbnails, short-form cuts, and ad creatives

Monitor and analyze content performance, applying insights to improve engagement

Stay updated on latest social media trends, editing techniques, and platform updates

Support additional creative and marketing initiatives when required

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, photography, or content creation (agency experience preferred)

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, storytelling, and photography skills (required for application)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) or CapCut

Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and content trends

Creative with a strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail

Strong communication skills in English

Experience in lifestyle or consumer brands (e.g., electronics, fashion, cosmetics) is a plus

Able to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Team player with strong organizational and collaboration skills

Possess own transport and willing to travel for shoots
