核心岗位职责 | Key Job Responsibilities

摄影拍摄 | Videography & Photography
熟练操作专业摄影机、单反相机或航拍设备，负责短视频、广告、专题片等现场拍摄，把控灯光、构图与镜头语言。
Proficient in operating professional video cameras, DSLRs or aerial equipment; responsible for on-site shooting of short videos, commercials and feature films, controlling lighting, composition and visual language.

后期剪辑 | Post-Production Editing
使用 Premiere、Final Cut Pro、DaVinci 等剪辑软件对素材进行剪辑、精修与节奏把控，完成完整影片剪辑。
Edit and refine footage using editing software such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci, and control the overall rhythm of the video.

制作包装 | Visual & Audio Packaging
负责画面调色、特效包装、字幕制作、动态效果及音效处理，提升整体视听效果。
Responsible for color grading, visual effects, subtitles, motion graphics and audio processing to enhance overall audiovisual quality.

管理与维护 | Asset Management
负责拍摄素材的整理、分类、备份与存档，确保资料安全规范管理。
Organize, classify, back up and archive all shooting materials to ensure proper and secure file management.

技能要求 | Skill Requirements

精通 Premiere、Final Cut Pro、After Effects、DaVinci Resolve 等专业后期制作软件。
Proficient in professional post-production software including Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.

具备优秀审美与视觉表现力，可根据内容进行叙事性剪辑。
Excellent aesthetic and visual sense, able to perform narrative editing based on content.

掌握灯光布置、音效调试及专业摄像设备使用技巧。
Skilled in lighting setup, audio adjustment and professional camera operation.

可在预算与工期要求内独立完成拍摄及后期全流程工作。
Able to independently complete full-cycle shooting and post-production work within budget and timeline requirements.
