Vip Guest Service Representative (Tamil，Hindi or Telugu Speaker）

Requirements

Able to work under pressure；
Enthusiastic, a strong team player with good business sense；
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCIES: Indian Language: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada (any of these four language are fine)
English: Intermediate
Speaking and Written skills are required


Responsibilities

Maintaining existing client/affiliate relationships；
Building sustainable relationships and loyalty with customers through open and interactive communication；
Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, live chat program, instant messaging programs, and phone calls；
Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills；
Following up and complete daily tasks according to schedule plan；
Cooperating with relevant departments to resolve customer issues；
Handling cold-calls and do follow-ups for the potential customers
Competent in MS Office applications；
