Qualifications
-Appearance, manners, and positive attitude are required.

-Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-Basic English communication skills are required (other languages ​​are a plus).

-Basic knowledge of the restaurant menu is required.

Job responsibilities
-Greet guests warmly and seat them.
-Present menus and, when appropriate, explain dishes or promotions.
-Accurately record guest food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
-Serve guests meals and beverages in accordance with company service standards.
-Verify guest satisfaction during and after their meal.
-Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and professionally.
-Maintain a clean and tidy dining area and work areas.
-Assist with table setting before business hours and cleanup after business hours.
-Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and cashier departments to ensure smooth operations.
-Ensure all service procedures comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hygiene standards.
