• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to service standards.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address their requests.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain tables and dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Set up tables, replenish condiments, and ensure service stations are well-stocked.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service team members.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
