Waitress

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Taking customer orders accurately and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner

Serving food and beverages to customers with care and attention to detail

Clearing and resetting tables in a timely and efficient manner

Assisting with side duties such as stocking and organisation of the service area

Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment at all times

Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer concerns or queries

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude
