Waitress / Waiter

Key Responsibilities：
Customer Service & Floor Operations:

Welcome and seat guests warmly; assist with order taking (via table-ordering systems or digital menus).

Explain hotpot broth selections, signature dishes, and dining etiquette to first-time diners.

Serve hotpot broths, fresh ingredients, side dishes, and beverages promptly.

Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure fast table turnover during peak hours.

General:
Operate the POS system accurately (handling Cash, E-Wallets, Credit Cards).

Support team members across front-of-house and back-of-house duties as required.

Requirements：
Open to fresh graduates, SPM holders, or experienced F&B staff.

Friendly, punctual, and responsible with a positive team attitude.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
