Warehouse and Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities

Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse and Purchasing Supervisor to manage daily warehouse
operations, inventory accuracy and making purchasing decisions. This role is responsible for stock acceptance,
storage, and documentation, as well as monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the Purchasing manager
for timely replenishment while reviewing current and upcoming promotions. Serving as a key link between
warehouse operations and purchasing, this role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and accountability in stock
management and purchasing.
Key Responsibility
1. Receive, verify, and record incoming and returned stock.
2. Maintain and update bin cards and inventory records.
3. Organize and arrange stock for efficient storage and retrieval.
4. Conduct regular stock takes and resolve discrepancies.
5. Fulfill production and retail orders.
6. Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requisitions when needed based on upcoming production and retail
fulfillment.
7. Handle product defects, returns, and wastage reporting.
8. Ensure proper documentation, including supplier QC forms.
9. Ensure all product are following FIFO and up to standard before releasing for production or fulfillment use
10. Warehouse hygiene and cleanliness
Accountability
1. Accurate and timely stock recording.
2. Proper stock arrangement and order fulfillment while space budgeting before stock ordering.
3. Effective coordination with Purchasing for replenishment.
4. Compliance with warehouse and inventory control standards.
5. All product that warehouse received must be up to standard
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
