Warehouse Assistant 仓库助理

Key responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory in a timely and accurate manner

Properly label, sort, and store products according to company procedures

Assist with the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers

Perform regular stock checks and report any discrepancies

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to optimise storage and distribution processes

Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving any issues

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or store assistant role

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes

Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy items
