Warehouse Assistant

What you'll be doing

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming equipment and spare parts

Prepare and arrange equipment for delivery and collection

Perform loading and unloading of machinery and items

Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels

Conduct stock checks and periodic inventory audits

Ensure equipment is properly labeled, stored, and organized

Inspect returned rental equipment and report any damage or missing parts

Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized

Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

Coordinate with operations and sales team on equipment availability

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or similar role

Good numerical and organisational skills with an eye for detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with physical work and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy items

Forklift driving experience is highly desirable
