Warehouse Assistant

Job Requirements
-Working Location : Petaling Jaya
-Minimum SPM or equivalent and above
-Physically fit and be able to work at a fast-paced environment
-Basic understanding of stock handling and warehouse processes
-Prior warehouse, logistics, or storekeeping experience is an advantage
-Able to follow instructions, SOPs, and work systematically
-Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
-Preferably with driving license GDL

Job Responsibility

Warehouse Operations
-Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery orders
-Assist with proper storage, labelling, and organisation of stock
-Pick and pack orders accurately according to sales orders and delivery schedules
-Prepare goods for courier collection, inter-branch transfers, or customer pickup

Inventory & Stock Handling
-Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks
-Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items promptly
-Handle goods carefully, especially high-value coffee equipment and machines

Logistics & Dispatch
-Support daily dispatch coordination with admin or logistics team
-Assist in loading/unloading deliveries when required
-Ensure packaging standards and safety guidelines are followed

Housekeeping & Safety
-Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
-Follow workplace safety procedures and handling guidelines
-Assist with basic warehouse maintenance and organisation tasks
