Warehouse Executive

Requirements
-Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Shipping and Receiving, and Order Fulfillment.
-MUST have valid GDL license
-Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil language skills are advantageous.
-Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
-Manage inventory levels accurately and conduct regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
-Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
-Execute order fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities
-Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
-Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule inbound and outbound shipments efficiently.
-Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
-Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery to customers.
-Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.
-Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
-Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in inventory or shipments, implementing corrective actions to prevent future issues.
