Warehouse Executive / Senior Warehouse Executive

Position: Warehouse Executive (Shah Alam / Port Klang)
Job Responsibilities
Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse system

Perform stock control activities including FIFO, stock rotation, and basic stock count

Support daily manufacturing requirements and material movement

Coordinate closely with Production, Shipping, and QC/QA teams

Inspect incoming goods and ensure proper handling and storage

Prepare and process warehouse-related documentation

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping standards

Comply with company quality, food safety, food defence, and Halal requirements

Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification

1–2 years of warehouse experience

Basic knowledge of inventory system is an advantage

Able to work independently and as part of a team
