Warehouse Flow Controller

What You’ll Do

-Manage daily warehouse stock movements (inbound and outbound) to ensure completeness of data, accuracy, and timeliness in all system entries.

-Maintain warehouse housekeeping and storage discipline, regularly reviewing and monitoring space utilization to optimize warehouse capacity.

-Support inventory accuracy by ensuring correct stock allocation and alignment between system records and physical inventory.

-Collaborate with Inventory, Operation and OMS teams to ensure clearance and allocation are carried out according to customer requirements.

-Monitor SKU depletion in accordance with the FEFO principle to prevent jump batch issues and ensure proper stock rotation.

-Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, supporting daily achievement of the Case Fill Rate (CFR) target.

-Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot system issues.

-Expected Outcome - Target System downtime or disruptions resolved promptly. Smooth system operation with minimal impact on warehouse activities & effective communication between operational and IT teams.



What You Bring

-Diploma/ bachelor's degree in supply chain, Warehouse Management, Logistics or any related field.

-Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain operations.

-Proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

-Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

-Good understanding of warehouse key processes and operations, especially in FMCG setup.

-Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt to dynamic warehouse operations.
