Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist in daily order processing.

· Assist in monitoring picking & packing process for orders.

· Data entry for warehouse stocks.

· Ensure all elements and points of use dispensers, filters are labelled and packed correctly.

· Replenish stock accordingly, ensuring sufficient stock is available for use and delivery.

· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse environment.

· Filling of Invoices and Delivery Order (Manual and System Generated) to Master File.

· Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth flow of operations.

· Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required.



Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least SPM.

· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.

· Minimum 1 year(s) in warehousing experiences.

· Knowledge of MS office / MS Excel is an advantage.

· Possess a valid driving license and know how to drive forklift.

· Good working attitude, responsible.
