Warehouse & Logistics Officer

High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field may be beneficial.
Entry-level position with 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems).
Physically fit and able to handle goods when required.
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
Good coordination and communication skills.

岗位职责
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and transporters.
Prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and relevant documentation.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in stock take activities.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and facilities, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and storage racks. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
