Warehouse Manager

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and proper documentation (FIFO, LIFO, stock card updates, etc.).

Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff including supervisors, storekeepers, and dispatch teams.

Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.

Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.

Monitor and improve warehouse layout, workflow, and storage efficiency.

Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.

Liaise with procurement, sales, logistics, and production departments to align warehouse activities with company needs.

Oversee stocktaking and cycle counting processes.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, staff performance, and warehouse KPIs.
