Warehouse Officer/Admin (Specialist)

Job Description
-Lead and manage the daily operations for Receiving, Kitting store, and Shipping.
-Provide consistent training and coaching to supervisor-level personnel to develop their skills.
-Act as a fast-moving problem solver who can handle urgent issues and fix discrepancies immediately.
-Ensure "System vs. Reality" by matching physical inventory to the inventory system on time.
-Maintain 100% accurate stock levels and address any inventory issues within a 24-hour window.
-Execute strict adhering to regulatory, policies, instructions and security procedures.
-Partner with other teams to ensure production has a continuous supply of kitted materials without disruption.
-Manage material shelf-life and handle Non-Conforming Material (NCM) through proper documentation and disposition.
-Enforce all necessary safety procedures related to Materials MSD and ESD risks.
-Review Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to drive continuous process improvements.
-Keep the warehouse "Audit Ready" at all times for internal and external regulatory checks.
-Prepare and write formal CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and CAR (Corrective Action Report) documents.
-Foster a strong safety culture and ensure the team follows all workplace safety regulations.
-Manage the team’s performance targets and handle any disciplinary issues or conflicts.
-Organize work schedules and manage staff overtime to meet production demands.
-Possess strong skill in preparing reports before due.

Education Requirements
-Degree/ Master Degree / PhD in any discipline.
-Certificate / Diploma with some related working experience or equivalent will be considered.
