Job Description
[Primary R&Rs]
1. Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth execution
A. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
B. Track inventory movements and stock levels
C. Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards
D. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
2. Lead, coach, and manage the operations team, including supervisors and operators
A. Assign tasks and monitor team performance
B. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
C. Provide coaching and training for skill development
D. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
3. Monitor outsourced manpower performance and resolve manpower-related issues
A. Track outsourced staff attendance, productivity, and compliance
B. Address performance gaps or conflicts promptly
C. Coordinate with service providers for staffing adjustments
D. Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
4. Ensure accurate system transactions, reporting, and data integrity
A. Verify data entry in WMS/ERP systems
B. Ensure accurate inventory, shipment, and order records
C. Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system data
D. Support audits and system reviews
5. Manage monthly closing, settlement, and reconciliation activities
A. Reconcile inventory, shipment, and billing records
B. Prepare settlement reports for management and finance teams
C. Ensure deadlines for monthly closings are consistently met
D. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors
6. Coordinate with customers on operational matters, issues, and service improvements
A. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
B. Provide updates on shipments, delays, and inventory issues
C. Gather customer feedback and propose operational improvements
D. Build strong working relationships to enhance customer satisfaction
7. Prepare and submit operational reports to management and customers
A. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports
B. Highlight critical issues, trends, and improvement actions
C. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable
D. Present insights and recommendations to senior management
8. Handle operational issues and make timely decisions under high-pressure situations
A. Respond immediately to shipment delays, system errors, or manpower shortages
B. Make decisions to minimize operational disruption
C. Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary
D. Document incidents and actions taken for review
9. Manage overtime planning and approval during peak operational periods
A. Assess workload and determine overtime requirements
B. Approve and schedule overtime for team members
C. Monitor overtime utilization and cost impact
D. Ensure fair distribution of workload and compliance with labor regulations
III. Core Competency Required for This Position
1. Strong leadership and people management skills
2. In-depth knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
3. Solid experience in handling electronics products
4. Expertise in outsourced manpower control and performance management
5. Good understanding of WMS/TMS operational systems

8. Good communication and customer management skills
9. Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational discipline
IV. Requirement
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
2. At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
3. Experience in electronics logistics environment is required
4. Hands-on experience in operational closing and settlement processes
5. Familiar with manpower outsourcing models and labor management
6. Experience in customer-facing roles and operational reporting
7. Willingness to support overtime and extended working hours during peak periods
