Warehouse Supervisor (Engineering Dept.)

Work Experience

Education Requirements
-High School, Diploma, or Degree majoring in business, management or other related field.

Language Requirements
-Fluent in English
-Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is advantage but not compulsory (to communicate with Mandarin colleague speaker from Taiwan and China)

Job Description
-Responsible for the requisition of equipment fixtures.
-Responsible for asset management.
-Responsible for the scrapping of items.
-Responsible for asset inventory.
-Responsible for instrument calibration.
-Responsible for the docking of customs declaration and customs clearance of equipment fixtures
-Management of goods in and out of the area.

Other Requirements
-Good communication skills
-Patient and meticulous, willing to grow step by step from basic work.
-Experience in material management is advantaged
-Able to work on rotation shift
-Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
-Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to work under pressure.
-Open for 1 role vacancy including for handle new project.
