Warehouse Supervisor

任职资格
At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
Strong team management and communication skills
Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes
Able to handle high workload and respond effectively to urgent or unexpected situations

岗位职责
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy
Coordinate closely with Shipping / Logistics teams to ensure timely shipment
Supervise loading and unloading activities in accordance with safety procedures
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Handle operational issues and resolve any warehouse-related problems
Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
Train new warehouse staff and monitor team performance
Perform other duties as assigned by management
