Warehouse Supervisor

What you'll be doing
-Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
-Ensuring the proper maintenance and organization of the warehouse, including stock control, inventory management, and space utilization
-Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment rates, and warehouse productivity
-Implementing and enforcing safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and secure working environment
-Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
-Providing training and development opportunities for the warehouse team to enhance their skills and knowledge
-Generating and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Warehouse Supervisor within the manufacturing industry
-Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, and logistics processes
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
-Effective leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
-Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and data analysis tools
-Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements in the warehousing and logistics
