Web Specialist who will be responsible for developing, optimising, and enhancing the performance of web platforms to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This role involves hands-on management of web development tools, AI driven optimisation capabilities, and end-to-end digital project oversight. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with emerging AI skills to improve efficiency, user experience, and content performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Web Development & Optimisation

Develop, enhance, and optimise web platforms to ensure high performance and usability.
Conduct performance testing, troubleshoot issues, and oversee integration work.
Analyse web performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Leverage AI powered tools for website optimisation, automation, and content improvements (e.g., AI assisted SEO, accessibility checks, personalisation models).
Stay updated on web development, AI, and digital experience trends.
Collaboration & Leadership

Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and cross functional teams.
Lead and manage multidisciplinary digital projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Mentor and guide the digital team, allocating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high performance culture.
AI & Automation

Use AI tools to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and improve delivery efficiency (e.g., AI driven testing, content generation, analytics insights).
Evaluate, adopt, and implement new AI technologies that enhance digital operations and customer experiences.
Support data driven decision making by leveraging AI based analytics, forecasting, and optimisation tools.
