Wellness Consultant (Open to No Experience) at Penang

Job Title: Wellness Consultant

Job description:

- Achieve financial objectives for outlet and/or personal and group sales performance targets.
- Maintain overall professional operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational systems and procedures.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide accurate information pertaining to service rendered and professional sales closing.
- Provide good service to all customers and maintain a good image for the outlet.
- Develop and sell marketing concepts to target customers.
- Maintain utmost tidiness and ensure clean hygiene conditions of outlet during business operational hours.
- Identify potential customers through walk-in, telemarketing and relevant marketing activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in working in spa or beauty settings (no experience is also welcome to apply)
- Physically fit - able to be standing up for a long time
- Can communicate with customers - for treatment purposes and product sales
- Have own transport and able to travel to work

Working Days: 6 day per week

Shifts will be determined by the HR department

Salary: RM 2500 (With spa experience), RM 2200 (No experience)
