前厅（FOH）

准确接收和处理顾客订单，包括收银和付款。

自信地推荐菜单上的菜品并回答顾客的询问

保持餐饮和服务区域的清洁和整洁。

确保良好的客户体验，并专业地处理基本反馈或投诉。

后厨（BOH）

根据公司食谱和质量标准准备和烹饪食品。

确保食品摆盘和分量符合品牌预期

始终保持厨房清洁、卫生和食品安全标准

协助进行库存准备、盘点和厨房整理工作

与团队成员紧密合作，确保及时准备和配送食品
