Job Description
• 精通基本中英文＆ 电脑操作（Excel / Word）
• 会用电脑拼音输入法打中文字
• 热爱学习＆＆责任感强
• 最低学历要求：SPM
岗位职责
客户服务相关
• 主动了解客户需求，提供合适的产品建议或解决方案
• 跟进客户售后服务，确保客户满意度
•记录并追踪客户投诉或问题，协助改进服务质量
•维护良好的客户关系，建立长期合作
系统与行政操作
•使用公司系统，进行订单输入与追踪
•定期更新客户资料及销售报告
• 协助制作销售日报、月报或客户统计表
沟通与协调
• 协助培训新进客服或柜台同事（若职位为资深人员）
•在展销会或活动期间，支援现场客户接待工作
•与物流团队协调出货及退货流程，确保时效性
•协助社交媒体留言、顾客私讯回复（若包含线上客服）
• 支援线上活动或促销活动的客户报名与咨询
•协助处理基本的收银或发票相关工作
