Job Description

薪资： RM3,000 – RM4,000（视经验而定）

岗位职责
* 负责门店日常营运，确保门店顺利运作。
* 带领及管理门店团队，安排员工排班及工作分配。
* 提供优质客户服务，处理顾客投诉及突发情况。
* 达成公司销售目标及提升门店业绩。
* 监督库存管理、订货及货品陈列。
* 确保门店卫生、安全及营运符合公司标准。
* 负责员工培训、绩效管理及团队发展。
* 定期向管理层汇报门店营运情况。

职位要求
* 至少拥有 SPM 或以上学历。
* 具备 1 年餐饮管理经验。
* 有店长或主管经验者优先。
* 良好的领导能力及沟通技巧。
* 能独立解决问题及处理突发事件。
* 愿意轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
