Job Description

1、需求调研与分析：负责公司C端/B端产品（可按需替换）的市场调研、用户调研、竞品分析，挖掘用户核心需求、梳理行业痛点，结合业务发展目标输出完整的调研分析报告，为产品迭代、新功能落地提供决策依据。
2、产品规划与设计：根据业务战略目标，制定产品短期迭代计划与中长期发展规划；独立负责产品功能模块设计，输出PRD产品需求文档、原型图、产品流程图、交互说明等标准化产品文档，明确产品功能逻辑、使用场景、边界规则。
3、项目推进与落地：主导产品研发全流程，对接UI设计、前端、后端、测试、运营等团队，同步需求、跟进研发进度、协调解决项目推进中的各类问题；组织需求评审、技术评审、上线评审会议，保障产品按时、高质量迭代上线。
4、数据监控与迭代优化：负责产品上线后的数据分析，重点监控用户活跃度、留存率、转化率、功能使用率等核心数据，定位产品现存问题与优化空间；收集用户反馈、运营反馈、市场反馈，持续优化产品功能、交互体验与业务流程，提升产品核心指标。
5、业务协同与落地赋能：对接市场、运营、销售等业务部门，深度理解业务场景，输出适配业务落地的产品方案；配合业务开展产品推广、功能落地赋能工作，助力业务高效
